5. Retype your new password to confirm

MANAGING PURCHASES

1. Go to MY ACCOUNT page
2. Select MANAGE PURCHASES
3. You will see the list of offers you have purchased and their coupons to redeem the purchase. From here you can select any offer you wish to print and redeem

CREATE A SUBSCRIPTION

1. Click CREATE NEW SUBSCRIPTION or MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS from the MY ACCOUNT page.
2. Choose a subscription name that best describes what you’re looking for i.e. DINING, ENTERTAINMENT, SHOPPING etc
3. Select the frequency you would like to receive these offers (daily, weekly or monthly).
4. Select the location of the offer in which you’re interested in (SA, WA or AUSTRALIA WIDE).
5. Select the categories of offers that interest you i.e. SHOPPING & RETAIL, ENTERTAINMENT etc.
6. Finally, add keywords that relate to your selected categories i.e. BEAUTY, MASSAGE, RESTAURANTS etc. NOTE: Adding keywords will limit the results as all offers that are sent to you must contain a specific keyword. Keywords are optional.
7. Click SAVE.

You can create up to five different subscriptions. Now sit back and receive only the offers you are interested in, as often as you like, for as long as you like.

MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS

1. Click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS from the MY ACCOUNT page.
2. Select an existing subscription by clicking on the subscription name or clicking the check box.
3. Click the EDIT button if you wish to make changes to the subscription.
4. Click the DELETE button to delete the subscription.

OUR MAILING LIST

1. Click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS from the MY ACCOUNT page.
2. The WhatsOnOffer.com.au MAILING LIST button can be switched off and on whenever you like.
   Switching this feature on allows you to receive a varied spread of offers across many categories. This can be switched to 'OFF' at any time to stop receiving offers.
   This is a great tool for "BARGAIN HUNTERS" and those of you that are always up for a cool offer or deal no matter what the category or item!

BUYING AN OFFER

1. When browsing, click on the offer of interest
2. Read the offer details and the conditions of the offer.
3. If you would like to purchase the offer, click the BUY IT NOW button in the offer or the red BUY OFFER button in the menu bar
4. Enter your name
5. Enter the number of offers you would like to purchase
6. Click the PURCHASE button – You will be redirected to the secure PAYPAL site to finalise your purchase, simply follow the prompts. Once you click PURCHASE, you have 10 minutes to finalise your purchase.
7. Once your purchase has been completed, you will be sent a redemption coupon via email.

GIFTING AN OFFER

1. When browsing, click on the offer of interest
2. Read the offer details and the conditions of the offer.
3. If you would like to purchase the offer as a gift for someone, click the SEND A GIFT button in the offer or the GIFT OFFER button in the menu bar
4. Enter the name of the person the gift is for (recipient)
5. Enter the number of gifts you would like to purchase
6. Enter the email address of the recipient
7. Select YES or NO from the drop down box if you would like to gift the coupon to them automatically
8. Type a personalised message for the gifted coupon
9. Click the PURCHASE button - You will be redirected to the secure PAYPAL site to finalise your purchase, simply follow the prompts. Once you click PURCHASE, you have 10 minutes to finalise your purchase. Once your purchase has been completed, you will be sent a redemption coupon via email.

REDEEMING AN OFFER

Electronic Redemption:

1. Upon payment of your offer, an automatic email will be sent to your registered email address containing your offer coupon.
2. Present the offer coupon on your mobile device at the place of business at the checkout. The business will redeem the offer using its unique coupon and security codes *OR* they man scan the QR code on the voucher.
   *Do Not place any scanning device over the QR code yourself on an offer coupon, doing so will invalidate your purchase. Scanning must only occur once at the place of business.

Manually Download and print your offer:

1. Go to MY ACCOUNT page
2. SelectMANAGE PURCHASES
3. From the list of offers you have purchased, find the offer you wish to redeem
4. Open the PDF attachment
5. Print the PDF and present at the place of business at the checkout. The business will redeem the offer using its unique coupon and security codes *OR* scan the QR code on the voucher.
   *Do Not place any scanning device over the QR code yourself on an offer coupon, doing so will invalidate your purchase. Scanning must only occur once at the place of business.
   *TIP: Follow the conditions of the offer if any ie. if required call and book with your redemption code in advance.
